Regional Operations Committee
The Regional Operations Committee is made up of a combination of both Chapter and volunteer constituency (group/league) leadership. The goal is to monitor and assist in the roll out of the new Chapter Effectiveness model, working with staff on the executional plan, metrics associated with benchmarks, and deployment of the regional model in order to improve the overall effectiveness of chapters.
