Welcome. Please follow these steps to register your program.

1. Set-up your group account (new groups only) - 
Existing groups should contact groups@uslacrosse.org to update account information. 

2. Set-up web access to your group account


3. Register your members
Select one of the three options below:

• Option #1 - USLaxTeams.com
Register members directly from your web site. For more information on this process, please contact Andi O'Connor at 410-235-6882 x171 or aoconnor@uslacrosse.org.

• Option #2 - Paper Registration
Distribute and collect the USL paper registration form. 
Once collected, mail the forms along with one payment to US Lacrosse at the address posted below.

• Option #3 - Excel Registration
Distribute and collect the USL paper registration form. 
Enter the players’ data into the US Lacrosse electronic Excel template. 
E-mail the excel template to: group-processing@uslacrosse.org
Submit one payment for all players and coaches. 
Call or E-mail: 410-235-6882 x102 or group-processing@uslacrosse.org to pay with a credit card.

Members can register directly at www.uslacrosse.org by clicking "Join Now." During the registration process your members should select your group as their primary affiliation.
