Online Tests
US Lacrosse is pleased to offer online tests based on two-man mechanics, and rules tests for NFHS and NCAA rules (which also includes three-man mechanics). US Lacrosse member officials may take any or all of these tests.
These tests are provided to men’s game officials as a member benefit. The only way to insure that your test grade is accurately recorded is to take the test online here. Please download and print the test off, take it, and then come back to log into the system and enter your answers. There are two tests, one which applies to the NFHS Rule book, and one which applies to the NCAA rule book. If you need to take both, make that selection, you will take the tests back to back, NFHS first, and NCAA second.

When logging in, please have your name as it appears on your magazine subscription, your member number, your District Number, and the name of your local association if you have it.
Please note: If you are a COC official, your annual timed rules test is NOT included in this testing module. These tests are for educational purposes only and are designed for officials who may officiate under either set of men's rules and who wish to brush up for the upcoming season.
