With the explosive growth of the sport, the need for knowledgeable and experienced officials is greater than ever. The US Lacrosse Officials Education Program is the surest way to access everything you need to know to be a great lacrosse official.
US Lacrosse encourages all officials to be US Lacrosse certified, and encourages lacrosse officials associations to follow the minimum standards for officials’ certification. It's our vision that all lacrosse contests are officiated by US Lacrosse-certified officials for the benefit and quality of our sport and for the enhanced enjoyment for all involved in lacrosse.
There are three levels of certification for men’s lacrosse officials and each year all officials must re-certify by meeting the US Lacrosse standards. Officials may also choose to advance from one level to the next by meeting the additional requirements.
