Local Board chairs are responsible for supervising the rating process for Youth, Apprentice, and Local ratings. They are responsible for organizing local trainings, clinics, meetings and executive functions of their Local Board as needed. The Local Board Chair also serves as the main liaison to the national structure for all officials on their board.
