Important Registration Information
• For most clinics, your US Lacrosse membership must be current through the day of the clinic.
• Registration for all clinics is $55.
• Save money by registering early! Late registration begins 7 days prior to the clinic date and is $65. Walk-up registration is not encouraged.
• Online registration for clinics will close once the event is sold out.
• Exceptions to any of these policies will be noted on a case-by-case basis.
• The ratio of national team clinicians to participants will be 20 to 1.
• Every effort will be made to conduct all clinics outdoors, if possible. Please be prepared, however, for both an indoor and outdoor facility on the day of your clinic. Bring shorts, sneakers, cold weather clothing and cleats.

Special Notes
(1) A U.S. National Team goalie will be in attendance and provide specialized goalie instruction.
(2) This clinic is held in conjunction with the annual Champion® Challenge event at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Participants will receive a free ticket ($29.00 value) to see the U.S. men’s and women’s national teams vs. Denver's men (NCAA semifinalist), Notre Dame men, Northwestern women (NCAA champion), Maryland women (NCAA runner-up), and England's national women's team. The entire U.S. Women’s Senior National Team will be participating in this clinic. The ratio of national team players to participants will be 1 to 5.
Walk-up registration
Most sites sell out and do not accept walk-up registration, so please register online to guarantee your spot. If a clinic is not sold out, walk-up registration
may be accepted at a cost of $75. Proof of US Lacrosse membership must be provided. Please contact the clinic host to inquire whether walk-up registration will be accepted at the site.
Clinic Refund Policy
In the event that you cannot attend a clinic after registering, you may receive a full refund by following the procedure below:
You MUST notify
Stacie Wentz, National Teams Coordinator, by
noon on Wednesday prior to your clinic.
Your e-mail subject must be Clinic Attendance Refund, and it must include:
1) Your full name
2) US Lacrosse membership number
3) City, State and Site of clinic you registered for
4) Name on credit card that clinic was charged to
5) Type of card
6) Date of registration
7) Reason for not attending
A refund will be issued to the card used to register and will be made 5-10 business days after notification. Failure to notify US Lacrosse by noon on the Wednesday before the clinic, or failure to follow the above instructions could result in the inability to refund your registration fee.
Clinic Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, latest updates will be posted on the US Lacrosse web site, or you may call 410.235.6882 x148 for a clinic status recording by 6:00 AM the day of the clinic. If the clinic is cancelled you will be credited back in full for the clinic or your registration will be transferred to a site of your choice.
