Level 2 Clinic Prerequisite:
Completion of the Level 1 Instructional Clinic (Fall 2005 or more recent)

Highly Recommended:
That you have completed a Level 2 online course, and have at least 2 years of coaching experience

Clinic benefits:
• Level 2 clinics are 7 hours in length (one day).
• Certificate of completion
• Credit toward Level 2 certification
• Exclusive clinic resource materials, drills and templates
• Instruction from certified trainers, opportunity to discuss coaching topics with a group of other coaches.

How the Level 2 clinics fit within the full Level 2 curriculum:
Coaches must complete a Level 2 clinic to complete Level 2 certification. The Level 2 online course is also part of the certification requirements but does not have to be completed prior to the Level 2 clinic.

What coaches will learn:
Level 2 Clinics are TACTICALLY and PRACTICALLY focused. At the Level 2 clinics, coaches will receive detailed instruction and engage in valuable conversation on building the tactical elements of their team based on overarching principles for offense, defense and mid-field/transition. This instruction is geared toward coaching players who have an understanding of the basic skills and objectives of the game. Coaches will also understand how practice planning fits into overall tactical objectives for their seasons.

Level 2 Clinic Refund Policy
In the event that you cannot attend a clinic after registering, you may receive a full refund for your Level 2 clinic by following the procedure below:

You MUST notify US Lacrosse via e-mail at CEP@uslacrosse.org by noon on Wednesday prior to your clinic.
Your e-mail subject must be Clinic Attendance Refund, and it must include:
   1)  Your full name
   2)  US Lacrosse membership number
   3)  City, State and Site of clinic you registered for
   4)  Name on credit card that clinic was charged to
   5)  Type of card
   6)  Date of registration
   7)  Reason for not attending

A refund will be issued to the card used to register and will be made 5-10 business days after notification. Failure to notify US Lacrosse by noon on the Wednesday before the clinic, or failure to follow the above instructions could result in the inability to refund your registration fee.

Walk-up registration
Walk-ups are accepted, but materials for these attendees will be limited. Walk-up fee is $100 for those attendees that receive materials. For those who do not receive materials, cost will remain $90 and the attendee will need to purchase the workbook via US Lacrosse after the clinic. Lunch for walk-ups will be provided as long as supplies last.

Clinic Cancellation Policy
Due to the national scope of our instructional clinics, our hosts are responsible for deciding if it is safe for coaches to travel to the clinic site during inclement weather. The hosts will email participants no later than 6:00 a.m. the morning of the clinic upon cancellation. If a clinic is cancelled, registrants will be refunded in full.
