As a coach, player, or even as a spectator, you have a role in teaching, performing, or encouraging contact to be legal and fair at all times. This is imperative to preserving the safety of the players and the integrity of the game. 

In the near future, US Lacrosse will be releasing a more comprehensive formal online tutorial which will be a requirement for men’s game coaching certification starting in 2013.
