A round-robin tournament format is utilized. Each team is guaranteed to play four (4) games in two (2) days.
General Schedule
DAY 1 - Saturday July 17, 2010
• Players and Parents arrive in Orlando/Lake Buena Vista by 2 pm
• 4:00 pm - Orientation Meeting at EWWS (Coaches, Players, Parents)
- Coaches and Players introduced and placed on their teams
- Uniforms are distributed and team pictures are taken
• 5:00 pm - Team Break & Welcome Dinner at Pavilion – Dinner for Teams only
• 7:00 pm – OPENING CEREMONIES
DAY 2 - Sunday July 18, 2010
• 9:00 am - Teams report to fields for game warm up
• 10:00 am - GAME 1
- Red vs. Navy
- Green vs. Royal
• 12:00 pm - Lunch for all players and coaches under pavilion tent
• 2:00 pm - GAME 2
- Green vs. Red
- Navy vs. Royal
• 4:00 pm - Games are finished for the day
DAY 3 - Monday July 19, 2010
• Teams report to fields for warm-up
• 8:00 am - GAME 3
- Navy vs. Green
- Red vs. Royal
• 10:00 am - Consolation Game (3rd seed vs. 4th seed)
- Awards following game: 2 MVPS, 2 Sportsmanship
• 12:00 pm - Championship Game (1st seed vs. 2nd seed)
- Awards following game: 2 MVPS, 2 Sportsmanship, Champion Team Trophies
• Event concludes and teams dismissed following Awards Presentation
Note: The consolation and championship games will both be shown LIVE online on ESPN3.
All confirmed players should book their travel with the minimum window of dates and times:
• Arrive to Orlando no later than Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 2:00 pm
• Depart Orlando no earlier than Monday, July 19, 2010at 5:00 pm
