FRIDAY, JUNE 11 (1 game per team dependant on weather)
7:00 am - 11:00 am  —  Breakfast at Loose Moose Café GWL (Early Arrival Teams Only)
12:00 pm – 9:00 pm  —  Team shuttles start running from GWL to Fields
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm  —  Box Lunch at Lebanon Sports Complex
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm  —  Coaches ONLY Meeting at Fields One Hour Before Your Game
1:00 pm – 6:00 pm  —   Vendor Village Open
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm  —   Games at Lebanon Sports Complex
5:15 pm – 6:00 pm  —   Welcome Ceremony (Parents Welcome) at fields
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm  —   Team BBQ at Fields (Teams ONLY)

SATURDAY, JUNE 12 (3 games per team dependant on weather)
6:30 am - 11:00 am  —   Breakfast at Loose Moose Café, GWL
7:00 am – 6:30 pm  —   Team shuttles start running from GWL to Fields
9:00 am – 6:00 pm  —   Games at Lebanon Sports Complex
9:00 am – 6:00 pm  —   Box Lunch at Lebanon Sports Complex
5:30 pm – 9:30 pm  —   Team Social (TBD)
