Please Note: $25 of each registration fee will be returned to the registrant’s designated professional organization (such as NATA District, Sports Section APTA, ACSM, school, lacrosse league etc.) 

Physicians – This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Union Memorial Hospital and US Lacrosse. Union Memorial Hospital is accredited by MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Union Memorial Hospital designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits® . Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

PTs - approved by the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy for 0.4 CEUs

The US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program will reward Certified Coaches 5 CEOs for attending; the clinic will report the roster to USL and your database will reflect the credits within two weeks of the event.

All proceeds from this educational conference will be directed to two non-profit entities: the US Lacrosse Sports Science & Safety Committee or The Union Memorial Sports Education and Research Fund to continue research and education in injury prevention.
