West Regional Registration Fee
$1,350 per team, due by April 1, 2011 or games will be subject to cancellation. Teams have the option of paying a $300 deposit at the time of registration with the remainder due on/before April 1, 2011.

Cancellation Policy
If the full payment is made at the time of registration, 75% is refundable until April 1, 2011. If the $300 deposit fee is paid at time of registration, the initial $300 deposit is non-refundable.


Specially-priced participant packages have been created for the 2011 US Lacrosse U15 Western Championship. To ensure that everyone has the full USL experience, all participants (athletes, coaches and chaperones) must purchase the US Lacrosse packages to participate in the 2011 US Lacrosse U15 Western Regional Championship.

TEAM PACKAGES (3 options)

Option 1: Regular Arrival Housing/Meal Plan (May 13–15) = $245.00 per person.
Includes:
  ♦ Two (2) night stay – Friday night and Saturday night
  ♦ Breakfast provided on Saturday and Sunday
  ♦ Lunch provided on Saturday and Sunday
  ♦ Dinner provided on Friday

Parents/Family Members of Participants
Includes: Hotel Only 
(This price is ONLY for parents that stay in the same room as their participating son/daughter)
  ♦ $165 for up to two (2) parents per room for two (2) nights
  ♦ $30 per night for additional family members
  ♦ Only parents or family members of participants are allowed to room together
  ♦ A participant can not room with another participant and his/her family

Option 2: Early Arrival Housing/Meal Plan (May 12–15) = $295.00 per person.
Includes:
  ♦ Three (3) night stay – Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night
  ♦ Breakfast provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  ♦ Lunch provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  ♦ Dinner provided on Friday

Parents/Family Members of Participants
Includes: Hotel Only 
(This price is ONLY for parents that stay in the same room as their participating son/daughter) 
  ♦ $205 for up to two (2) parents per room for three (3) nights
  ♦ $30 per night for additional family members
  ♦ Only parents or family members of participants are allowed to room together
  ♦ A participant can not room with another participant and his/her family

Option 3: Meals Only Package for Local Teams = $45 per person
Local teams must be inside 50 miles of the venue location to select this package.
Includes:
  ♦ Lunch provided on Saturday and Sunday
  ♦ Dinner provided on Friday

Note: Any coach or chaperone that wants a single room will have $75/night added to the final housing fee. Please notify USL's Shannon Minter at sminter@uslacrosse.org or 410-235-6882 x172. If parents or family members would like to stay at the host hotel, but not with their team, discount rooms are available. Please contact Shannon Minter. Parents do not have to stay in the team hotel with their son/daughter if they choose not to; however, all players, coaches, and chaperones are required too.
