2012 Champion Girls' All-American Showcase

A round-robin tournament format is utilized. Each team is guaranteed to play four (4) games in three (3) days. All events will be at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex unless noted otherwise. 

DAY 1 - Sunday July 22, 2012
• Players and Parents arrive in Orlando/Lake Buena Vista by 12-noon
• 12:30-2:30 p.m. - Registration and uniform distribution
• 3:00 p.m. - Orientation Meeting at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
    - Required for coaches and players; parents also welcome
    - Welcome and tournament expectations
    - Coaches and players introduced and placed on their teams
    - Team pictures are taken
• 3:30 p.m. – Practice/Game 1 Warm-ups (teams report to fields)
• 4:30 p.m. – Game 1 Starts Future Blue Devils Shine in Showcase (recap)
   - PRIDE (7) vs. LIBERTY (9) FINAL
   - FREEDOM (14) vs. SPIRIT (5) FINAL
• 6:30 p.m. - Welcome Dinner at Pavilion
   - Dinner is for teams, coaches and officials only 

DAY 2 - Monday July 23, 2012
• 8:45 a.m. - Arrive at ESPN Wide World of Sports
• 9:00 a.m. - Game 2 Warm-ups (teams report to fields)
• 9:30 a.m. - Game 2 Starts
       - SPIRIT (11) vs. PRIDE (19) FINAL
       - LIBERTY (8) vs. FREEDOM (20) FINAL
• 11:30 a.m. - Lunch break
• 12:30 p.m. - Game 3 Warm-ups (teams report to fields)
• 2:00 p.m. - Game 3 Starts Liberty, Freedom to Meet in Champion AAS Final (recap)
      - PRIDE (13) vs. FREEDOM (14) FINAL
      - SPIRIT (17) vs. LIBERTY (20) FINAL
• 3:00 p.m. - Games are finished for the day; teams are seeded for Day 3 
 
DAY 3 - Tuesday July 24, 2012
• 8:45 a.m. - Arrive at ESPN Wide World of Sports
• 9:00 a.m. – Consolation Game Warm-ups (teams report to fields)
• 9:00 a.m. - Mandatory Meeting for Championship Teams under pavilion tent 
• 9:30 a.m. – Consolation Game Starts (Pride 16 vs. Spirit 20 FINAL)
• 11:30 a.m. - Lunch break
• 12:30 p.m. – Championship Game Warm-ups (teams report to fields)
• 12:30 p.m. - Mandatory Meeting for Consolation Teams under pavilion tent 
• 1:00 p.m. – Championship Game (Freedom 16 vs. Liberty 13 FINAL) Freedom Wins 2012 Showcase
                     Follow the game live streaming on ESPN3.com and via our live blog.
• 3:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony on fields (mandatory for all teams)
                  - MVPs, Sportsmanship, Champion Team Trophies
• 4:00 p.m. - Event concludes and teams dismissed following Awards Presentation

Travel Info
All confirmed players should book their travel with this guideline:
• Arrive to Orlando no later than Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 12-noon
• Depart Orlando no earlier than Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 8:00 p.m.
