Officiating is a great way to stay in shape, earn some money, and participate in the fastest growing sport in the country. US Lacrosse will provide LAREDO and LEAD clinics at the 2012 US Lacrosse National Championships.

LOCATION
Lake Buena Vista, FL
ESPN Wide World of Sports
Girls' Championship: July 24-26, 2012
Boys' Championship: July 27-29, 2012

LAREDO utilizes regional lacrosse tournaments and summer lacrosse camps as sites for intense and concentrated men's lacrosse officiating development. The philosophy behind the LAREDO program is to make these clinics accessible to all lacrosse officials from around the country. This balanced representation enables officials from developing and established areas to polish their officiating skills under the instruction of a qualified trainer.

LEAD Training, for women's game umpires, is designed for the umpire who has at least one (1) season under his/her belt, and really wants to get their two-person game to be the best it can possibly be. This is also a great opportunity for umpires who may not want to achieve a District rating, but who would like to participate in professional growth and development that is specific to the youth game and two-person mechanic officiating.
