Physical Education Grant Application Information:

♦ Only one (1) application per applicant/organization is permitted. Applicants must apply for either the US Lacrosse Physical Education Lacrosse Workshop Program, or the US Lacrosse Soft Lacrosse Equipment Grant. You cannot apply for multiple program categories.

♦ All information entered on the application form must be typed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. In order to view and print PDF documents on this website, you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the "Get Acrobat Reader" image. (Many newer browsers already include a PDF plug-in). You may download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader if it is not already installed on your system.

Applications for the 2013 US Lacrosse Physical Education Lacrosse Workshop Program and the US Lacrosse Soft Equipment Grant follow the cycle below.

2013 APPLICATION & AWARD TIMELINE
April 25, 2013: Applications available online
June 1: Deadline for submitting completed applications
June 1 - June 15: Application review period
June 15: US Lacrosse emails notification to applicants
Summer 2013: Awarded schools/teams can expect to receive the soft lacrosse equipment
Summer 2013: Awarded workshop applicants start planning process with US Lacrosse staff
December 31, 2013: All workshops must be completed by this date
