Ann is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Men’s and Women’s Game Committee structures within US Lacrosse. Ann is the primary organizational liaison to external organizations, particularly with respect to strengthening relations and fostering collaboration toward the goal of developing consistency with respect to education, rules and safety of play. Ann manages the Men’s and Women’s Game Directors, and is responsible for oversight of the Men’s and Women’s National Team program through management of the Director of National Teams, as well as development and management of injury research and related education initiatives through supervision of the Manager of Sports Science & Safety.

What attracted you to US Lacrosse?
It was an opportunity to work for the governing body of a sport that has been so important to me and to be an advocate for and proponent for growing the sport.
