Chris manages the US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program (CEP) from top to bottom. Chris organizes resources, guides staff, and builds a better future for the CEP.

Had been involved with business operations and consulting for 5 years, and sports management for 3 years before coming to USL.
If you played lacrosse, when and how were you first introduced to the game?
I first played in gym class in ninth grade, went on to play club lacrosse in college and coach college lacrosse.
What is the name of your favorite lacrosse team (any level)? Why?
Navy and Army teams – those boys and girls give their all to lacrosse and to our country. They are true heroes on and off the field.
Are you currently involved with the game outside of work? If so, how?
I’ve been a coach for nine years and coach at Penn Manor High School in Lancaster, Pa. – as well as helping with the Millersville University women’s team.
Who is your all-time favorite athlete?
Not athletes – coaches Lou Holtz and Pete Carroll.
They are players-coaches and so am I.
What’s your hometown?
Wyomissing, Pa. – Go Spartans.
What was your childhood dream job?
GM of an NHL team. I loved trading players in NHL 95 for Sega Genesis at the age of 15.
