Bill joined US Lacrosse in May of 2008 as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for US Lacrosse's Membership, Marketing, Chapters, Sponsorship, Advertising, Retail, Events, IT, Human Resources, and Legal functions. After a restructuring of the organization in 2014 to better meet the needs of a rapidly growing sport and organization, Bill's focus narrowed to leading USL’s sponsorship, advertising, retail and events departments. Prior to joining US Lacrosse, Bill spent 25 years in corporate marketing & communications and sponsorship & event marketing developing and managing sports and entertainment partnerships for brands such as HP, Blue Cross Blue Shield of FL, Swatch, Fortune, Qwest Communications, and Nivea For Men, among others. Bill is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and was a four-year letterman with the Nittany Lion's lacrosse team.
