So, you're interested in applying for BRIDGE affiliation?
We applaud your efforts to grow the game in your community. We have recognized the increased commitment to and implementation of working with youth from ethnically diverse and traditionally underserved communities, such as yours, all over the country.
BRIDGE affiliation requires consistent communication and collaboration with US Lacrosse. If your group is ready to take the next steps, please read through the application thoroughly and note the annual deadline - the first Friday in September.

Possible benefits available to BRIDGE Affiliate members are:
• Recognition as a formal Affiliate of the US Lacrosse BRIDGE Initiative
o Includes letter from US Lacrosse to affirm status valid for one (1) year
• Discounted US Lacrosse membership for players (includes insurance and magazine)
• Discounted access to Coaches Education Program Level 1 and 2 online courses and clinics; additional discounts on CEP educational DVD’s and resource materials
• Interaction with other established BRIDGE programs
• Local and national publicity
• Convention fee reduction or waiver (one representative per program) and possible partial travel reimbursement
• Opportunity for Youth Festival and BRIDGE United Team participation
• Liaisons with equipment manufacturers as available
• Access to US Lacrosse research and forms (i.e. nutrition research for grants, volunteer application for programs, parent waiver, etc.)
• Officials: Underwrite, offer grants, or provide some other benefit, such as rebates for local training and certification
• Discounted National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) background checks for program staff and volunteers
• Annual stipend provided to all affiliates in good standing.
