STEP 1: Get Your Education
Are you ready to become Level 2 certified? Make sure you have completed these three requirements before applying to be Level 2 certified:

1) Current Level 1 certification
2) Level 2 online course completion (passed course test and received certificate)
3) Level 2 instructional clinic completion (submitted check out card and received certificate of completion*)

All three credentials must be for the same game (men’s or women’s)

Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks after you attend your instructional clinic for your credential to be entered into the US Lacrosse database. Until then you will not be able to access the online Level 2 certification application. Contact sportdevelopment@uslacrosse.org.

Not sure which credentials you have? Create or look up your member profile at https://secure.uslacrosse.org/i.cfm
