Registration information
• Select "full price" registration ($65) if you choose to attend this clinic without completing the Level 1 online course before registering for a clinic.
• Select "discount" registration ($50) if you have completed the Level 1 online course by answering all questions in the course test and got 80% of the questions correctly.
• Not sure? You will be stopped from registering if you do not qualify. If you think you should qualify for the discount registration and are unable, please contact sportdevelopment@uslacrosse.org
• Online registration for all clinics will close at noon (EST) on the last Wednesday prior to the clinic. All registrations after this time will be $85. No online course discount will be applied.
Note: all clinics are for both boys and girls, unless designated otherwise.

* The Orlando clinic on Jan. 27 will be in conjunction with the U.S. Women's National Team Champions Challenge Weekend. All clinic participants will also receive a ticket to the U.S. Team's exhibition games on Sunday, January 28.
** Participants at the Jan. 28 Virginia Beach Clinic may contact Jay Jepson regarding discount opportunities available through the Hampton Roads Chapter.
*** Hall of Fame Coach Bob Scott, who captured seven national championships during his tenure at Johns Hopkins, will be the keynote speaker at the Baltimore Clinic on Feb. 17.
$ Registration for the Alexandria clinic is being covered, courtesy of the Potomac Chapter of US Lacrosse. A $20 deposit will be collected upon registration. This will be refunded to participants at the clinic.
On-site check-in for pre-registrants at each venue begins 30 minutes prior to the clinic's starting time.

Walk-up registration
Most sites sell out and do not accept walk-up registration, so please register online to guarantee your spot. If a clinic is not sold out, walk-up registration will be accepted at a cost of $85.
Level 1 Clinic Refund Policy
In the event that you cannot attend a clinic after registering, you may receive a full refund for your Level 1 clinic by following the below procedure:
You MUST notify sportdevelopment@uslacrosse.org by noon on Wednesday prior to your clinic.
Your e-mail subject must be Clinic Attendance Refund, and it must include:
1) Your full name
2) US Lacrosse membership number
3) City, State and Site of clinic you registered for
4) Name on credit card clinic was charged to
5) Type of card
6) Date of registration
7) Reason for not attending
A refund will be issued to the card used to register and will be made 5-10 business days after notification. Failure to notify US Lacrosse by noon on the Wednesday before the clinic, or failure to follow the above instructions could result in the inability to refund your registration fee.
Clinic Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, latest updates will be posted on the US Lacrosse website, or you may call 410.235.6882 x148 for a clinic status recording by 6:00 AM the day of the clinic. If the clinic is cancelled you will be credited back in full for the clinic or your registration will be transferred to a site of your choice.
US Lacrosse and the Amateur Athletic Foundation of Los Angeles (AAFLA) are teaming together once again to bring two Coaches' Education Program Level 1 Clinics to the residents of Southern California. These clinics will be held in Culver City and Upland, CA. For more information about the AAF, please visit the organization's web site at www.aafla.org.
