Important Registration Information
 • For most clinics, your US Lacrosse membership must be current through the day of the clinic.
• Registration for all clinics is $65.
• Save yourself some bucks and register early! Late registration begins 7 days prior to the clinic date and is $85.
• Online registration for all clinics will close once the clinic is sold out.
• Exceptions to any of these policies are noted in the Special Notes section below.

Special Notes
(1) Roswell clinic includes a Positive Coaching Alliance workshop from 4-6 p.m.
(2) Springboro clinic is FREE of CHARGE, courtesy of the Southern Ohio Chapter, but requires a $10 deposit at the time of registration which will be refunded upon check-in at the clinic.
(3) This clinic is $65 for US Lacrosse members and $95 for non-US Lacrosse members; add $10 to each for late registration.
(4) San Diego and Santa Ana clinics are FREE of CHARGE, courtesy of the LA84 Foundation, but require a $10 deposit at the time of registration which will be refunded upon check-in at the clinic.
(5) The Hampton clinic is FREE of CHARGE, courtesy of the Hampton Roads Chapter, but requires a $20 deposit at the time of registration which will be refunded upon check-in at the clinic.
(6) The clinic in Blaine, Minnesota has been postponed and will be rescheduled for later this winter. Please check back for an updated clinic date.
Walk-up registration
Most sites sell out and do not accept walk-up registration, so please register online to guarantee your spot. If a clinic is not sold out, walk-up registration may be accepted at a cost of $85. Proof of US Lacrosse membership must be provided. Please contact the clinic host to inquire whether walk-up registration will be accepted at the site.
Level 1 Clinic Refund Policy
In the event that you cannot attend a clinic after registering, you may receive a full refund for your Level 1 clinic by following the procedure below:
You MUST notify sportdevelopment@uslacrosse.org by noon on Wednesday prior to your clinic.
Your e-mail subject must be Clinic Attendance Refund, and it must include:
1) Your full name
2) US Lacrosse membership number
3) City, State and Site of clinic you registered for
4) Name on credit card clinic was charged to
5) Type of card
6) Date of registration
7) Reason for not attending
A refund will be issued to the card used to register and will be made 5-10 business days after notification. Failure to notify US Lacrosse by noon on the Wednesday before the clinic, or failure to follow the above instructions could result in the inability to refund your registration fee.
Clinic Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, latest updates will be posted on the US Lacrosse web site, or you may call 410.235.6882 x148 for a clinic status recording by 6:00 AM the day of the clinic. If the clinic is cancelled you will be credited back in full for the clinic or your registration will be transferred to a site of your choice.
