Important Registration Information
• For most clinics, your US Lacrosse membership must be current through the day of the clinic.
• Registration for all clinics is $65.  
• Save yourself some bucks and register early! Late registration begins 7 days prior to the clinic date and is $85.
• Online registration for all clinics will close once the clinic is sold out. 
• Exceptions to any of these policies will be noted on a case-by-case basis.

Group Discounts
For October through December 2009 clinics, programs registering a group of at least 10 coaches are eligible for a special 10% group registration fee discount by submitting the group form and payment. Forms must be received at least two weeks before clinic date. Download form here.

Note: all clinics are for both boys and girls coaches, unless designated otherwise.

Special Notes

(1) This clinic, sponsored by USL's Fast Break Initiative, is being offered for the special price of $10

(2) A PCA Double Goal Workshop will follow this clinic from 4 - 6 p.m.

(3) This clinic offers free admission, but requires a $10 deposit which will be refunded upon sign-in at the clinic. This clinic moved from its original location in Newport Beach, Ca.

(4) This clinic is sponsored by the US Lacrosse Fast Break Initiative. The registration fee is only $10.

(5) This clinic is only for coaches of boys' and men's lacrosse.

Level 1 Clinic Refund Policy
In the event that you cannot attend a clinic after registering, you may receive a full refund for your Level 1 clinic by following the procedure below:

You MUST notify sportdevelopment@uslacrosse.org by noon on Wednesday prior to your clinic.
Your e-mail subject must be Clinic Attendance Refund, and it must include:
1) Your full name
2) US Lacrosse membership number
3) City, State and Site of clinic you registered for
4) Name on credit card clinic was charged to
5) Type of card
6) Date of registration
7) Reason for not attending

A refund will be issued to the card used to register and will be made 5-10 business days after notification. Failure to notify US Lacrosse by noon on the Wednesday before the clinic, or failure to follow the above instructions could result in the inability to refund your registration fee.

Clinic Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, latest updates will be posted on the US Lacrosse web site, or you may call 410.235.6882 x148 for a clinic status recording by 6:00 AM the day of the clinic. If the clinic is cancelled you will be credited back in full for the clinic or your registration will be transferred to a site of your choice.
