TEAM RATINGS:

The summer teams are rated based on the anticipated skill level of the players to be selected. This is to permit the players and their parents to have a reasonable expectation of level of competition they will likely face at try-outs and on each team, if selected. The rating for each summer team appears on the previous page. The rating levels are as follows:

Elite
Elite players are the area's very best players, who represent approximately the top 10% of all players in their age group.

Advanced
Advanced players are very good players, who represent approximately the top 10% to 25% of all players in their age group.

Intermediate
Intermediate players are very solid players, who represent approximately the top 25% to 40% of all players in their age group.

Beginner
Beginning players are relatively new to lacrosse and are still developing their basic skills and understanding of the game.
