Hampton Roads Lacrosse (HRLax) League
For girls, ages 6 to 14 years old. The HRLax League has teams in Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and Yorktown. HRLax offers a coed Soft Stick programs for girls under 7 and a High School League for JV and High School girls.
V3 Rush
For girls, ages 6 to 14 years old. The V3 Rush Girls Developmental League is based at the Sportsplex in Virginia Beach. V3 Rush offers a Co-ed developmental program for players age 5-10.
