Welcome to the new website of US Lacrosse Michigan. We are the Michigan Chapter of US Lacrosse, the sport's governing body.
 
Our mission is to improve the lacrosse experience for all participants in the sport: players, coaches, officials, and fans.
 
Our efforts at lacrosse development include—
  • helping teams with startup costs, 
  • providing clinics for coaching education,
  • providing grants to help in educating and improving coaches and officials;
  • providing a clearinghouse for lacrosse information, including activities, travel team options, tournaments, coaching and officials' clinics, job openings, and other Lacrosse 411,
  • honoring the people who helped grow and improve Lacrosse in Michigan, through our Hall of Fame, and
  • growing lacrosse in Michigan, and taking it to world-class levels.

The Michigan Chapter will award as many as six $1,000 scholarships to current high school lacrosse players who will attend college in Michigan this fall. The application deadline is May 11. For details and the application, click here.

USL Supporting Safety Initiatives
One of the primary goals of US Lacrosse is to continually make the men's and women's games, at all levels, as safe as possible. Toward that end and under the guidance and leadership of the Sports Science and Safety Committee, US Lacrosse provides significant resources for equipment research and other initiatives that support this mission.
