Subject: 2011 Assigning fees and more…
Assigning Fees:
- Youth 5th grade only $35.00
- Youth 6th grade only $35.00
- Youth 5th & 6th grade (combined) $35.00
- MS 7th grade only $35.00
- MS 8th grade only $35.00
- MS 7th & 8th grade (combined) $35.00
Assigning fees are due February 15, 2011. Make checks payable to: Dick Shanklin.
Mail payment to: 98 center St., Chagrin Falls, OH 44022 (Note: Referee Assignments will not be made without Assignment Fee paid in full).
Schedules: Must be in the Arbiter by Feb. 1, 2011. (Note: Games must be in the Arbiter in order for referee assignments to be made.)
Tournaments: We need a minimum 3 week lead-time to assign officials. (Note: Scheduling Sunday games for tournaments would be great as far as making more officials available.)
Saturday Games: Saturday games must be completed by 1:00 pm for officials to reach other games on time. For games added late, etc. (Call assignor for officials’ availability.).
Arbiter Details:
Administrator: If possible, have an Administrator at each game.
PLEASE NOTE: High School games receive schedule priority for game officials, but we will do our very best to supply you with officials for your games.
Game Fees:
Invoice: This document can be used as your Assignment Fee Invoice.
