In the spring of 2012, the North Texas Youth Lacrosse League will continue to play under the current grade based system.  
 
NTYLL will consider adoption and implementation of US Lacrosse Age Guidelines in 2013.  It is our belief that individual programs need to weigh in on the proposed US Lacrosse age guidelines and we will be holding meetings over the next couple of months to discuss the change and implications with individual programs. A final determination will be made by early spring by a vote of the program membership.

The US Lacrosse North Texas Chapter (USLNTX) supports the participation in travel teams (or select programs) for the players that choose to participate in those programs. USLNTX DOES NOT endorse any one particular select lacrosse program in the area.  USLNTX will continue to disseminate information from various programs for the benefit of area lacrosse players from time to time, but this is for informational purposes only and the dissemination of any particular select program, camp, or clinic marketing material (or the absence thereof) in no way suggests an opinion of the USLNTX, positive or negative.        

The 2012/2013 NCAA Lacrosse Rulebook and the 2012 Texas High School Lacrosse League Rules and Waivers will be used in North Texas.
