• This coach mentoring program is available to both boy's and girl's coaches
• Assist a new or less experienced youth coach with planning and conducting a practice plus assist them with a game and game strategy situations
• Or assist a more advanced youth coach to teach higher level lacrosse skills.
• Coaches will request a mentor through their Youth League Commissioners 
• Mentors will be experienced lacrosse coaches
