Past positions held include: co-director, National Women’s Lacrosse Tournament; past-president of NJWLA and NCWLA (now Baylax); head coach, Stanford University; head coach, California All-College First Team; co-founder, Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WDIA); founder, Western States Lacrosse Tournament; founder, South Bay Women’s Lacrosse Club; media director, San Francisco Dragons. Inducted into Rutgers University Olympic Hall of Fame, 2002; New Jersey Chapter of US Lacrosse Hall of Fame, 2007 and Princeton High School Hall of Fame, 2007. Currently serving as communications chair for the NorCal Foundation in addition to chapter president.
Profession/Career: I have my own visual communications company, Phoenix Designs, focusing on website development and graphic design.
Current lacrosse interests outside the chapter: Just playing pickup games when time affords and watching local pro, collegiate, youth and high school games.
Your favorite lacrosse memory to date: Scoring with a no-look, behind the back shot against Australia.
Additional comments: Our chapter has been accelerating in growth over the past five years. We are always in need of coaches, refs, umpires and the biggest challenge is field space. I am delighted to be a part of this great chapter and I am proud of the opportunities and programs we offer to our lacrosse community.
