Profession/Career: Associate Executive Director, Outdoors for All Foundation
Current lacrosse interests outside the chapter: Currently just Chapter President.
Your favorite lacrosse memory to date: Assistant coach to the Seattle Prep Panthers as we took home the state title at the brand new Seahawks Stadium. The pre-game pep talk in the pro athlete locker rooms was nearly as exciting as taking home the trophy.
Additional comments: Lacrosse in my hometown, 30 minutes west of Philadelphia, was a well established sport. Moving west, I was immediately surprised by the development of the sport of lacrosse, rather the ‘developing sport’, compared to home. But, it did not take me long to join, support, and contribute to the community of lacrosse in Washington. And, looking back, it was not just the games, the players, the celebrations and losses – those can come with any sport. For me, it was the excitement and recognition that lacrosse is not just a sport, it’s a movement. I am honored to be a part of the lacrosse movement as it continues to grow nationwide and internationally.
