Level 2 Clinic - Sunday, January 17, 2010 (8 am - 3 p.m.) Early-Bird (Sept 15-Nov 15): $60 Regular Registration: $75 On-Site Registration (if available): $90 The Level 2 Clinic requires a separate registration in addition to your convention registration.
