The Hilton Baltimore
is the Event's Host Hotel

BOOK NOW! The new Hilton Baltimore is adjacent to the Baltimore Convention Center and serving as the event's host hotel. Additionally, there are a number of other downtown hotel properties within walking distance to the Baltimore Convention Center.

In order to check for hotel availability, please visit the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association's (BACVA) online reservations site.

If you are unable to secure a room via the BACVA web site listed above, then please complete the housing reservation form linked below and return it by fax to 410.659.8398, or by e-mail to conventionhousing@baltimore.org.

Reservations will be processed in the order they are received. If you have further questions about this process, please call BACVA toll-free at 1.800.282.6632. The cut-off date for secured reservation rates is December 17. After that date, there will be a $50 cancellation fee and hotels will be able to increase their rates as they wish.
