Selected speakers will be notified by Ariana Andis-Klein before this date. Once all speakers have confirmed, a list of the speakers will be released on this site.
November 30 • Synopsis, Headshot, A/V Request deadline

Before submitting your documents, please make sure that they meet the following requirements:
• Headshots must be in JPEG format only
• Synopsis should be 50 words maximum and describe what your session will cover and what attendees will learn. A synopsis exceeding this word count will be edited and condensed for the official National Convention program.
• The synopsis must be compatible with Microsoft/Windows 2007 format (no MAC or Apple files please). Please convert to Microsoft/Windows 2007 compatible format before submitting.
December 18 • Handouts and PowerPoint’s deadline

Before submitting your documents, please make sure that they meet the following requirements:
• Speakers are required to create their presentation using the US Lacrosse PowerPoint template.

• Handouts and PowerPoint’s must be compatible with Microsoft/Windows 2007 format. Please convert to Microsoft/Windows 2007 format before submitting.
• PowerPoint presentations will be used as your presentation handout if you do not create/submit a separate handout.
• If you have video imbedded in your PowerPoint, you will not be able to upload your PowerPoint using the upload form. Please contact Ariana Andis-Klein for an alternative way to upload your PowerPoint with video.
