Vendor Opportunities — SOLD OUT!
Vendor space for the 2005 US Lacrosse National Convention is now sold out. The US Lacrosse Special Events Department is will continue to accept applications for a waiting list.

Waiting List Procedures: There are two options when applying to be a vendor. Form A is the form to be used by Lacrosse Industry Council members or those companies wishing to join the LIC. Form B is to be used be vendors who are non-LIC members. Please be aware that LIC members are given priority placement. Completion and return of this form will place you on the waiting list.
