Nomination/Selection Process Criteria • Nominee must be a senior in high school • Nominee must be available to attend every aspect of the Showcase • Nominee must be a member of US Lacrosse • Nominee must be nominated by an Area Chairmen
US Lacrosse High School Area Chairmen nominate those players who they feel have had an outstanding senior season. Once confirming the player’s availability to participate their names are then submitted to the National Senior Showcase Team Coordinators. There are four coordinators (one from each region: North, South, East, and West). The coordinators then finalize their respective rosters. The ultimate goal of the Showcase is to have at least one player from each region. Being nominated does not guarantee a spot on the final roster.
Please note that High School All-American is a separate process and being an All-American in no way guarantees a spot on the National Senior Showcase Roster.
If you have specific questions or player suggestions we suggest that you initially contact the player’s high school coach and then, if necessary, your local area chairman.
