Saying Goodbye

Before you leave on Sunday, enter the dates of the next US Lacrosse Convention in your calendar: Jan. 22-24, 2016, in Baltimore.

Getting Around

  • The Light Rail is a transit line that connects BWI Airport south of the city to the convention center, and it continues north to great shopping and dining at the Hunt Valley Town Center in suburban Cockeysville, Md. Daily service from 5 a.m. to midnight on weekdays, 6 a.m. to midnight on Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
  • The Charm City Circulator boasts four routes throughout the downtown neighborhoods. It’s free and efficient, as a shuttle arrives every 10-15 minutes at the designated stops on each route. Amtrak passengers arriving at Penn Station should use the purple route and then the orange route to get to the convention center and host hotel.
  • Walking around downtown Baltimore is fun and easy, however, if you are in a hurry or suddenly the weather changes, taxi cabs are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. A cab from BWI Airport to Baltimore Convention Center is between $24 and $38, pending traffic.
