I. CONVENTION INFORMATION

Who can attend the US Lacrosse National Convention?
US Lacrosse has set the following criteria for Convention Attendees:
• You must be a US Lacrosse Member. (Sign-up or renew your USL Membership here)
• You must be 18 years of age. This is an educational conference for coaches, officials, and program administrators. This event is not a convention for players to learn skills or participate in clinics.

How do I choose which sessions to attend?
The US Lacrosse Convention Committee has set-up the educational sessions based on tracks. Each track serves each level of our attendees.
 • Level I – Beginner Coach or Coach of Beginner Players
 • Level II – Intermediate Coach or Coach of Intermediate Players
 • Level III- Advanced/College Coach or Coach of Advanced/College Players

These levels have been defined and sessions follow the objective of providing coaches with the skills necessary to elevate their players from their current playing level. Many of the skills and concepts taught at the advanced levels are not appropriate for beginning and intermediate players or coaches.

Please see the Tracks Description document to better understand which track would be most beneficial for your educational experience.

Can I obtain session handouts before I attend the convention?
Yes. Speakers have been asked to submit electronic handouts before the convention. We have made them available online by visiting the Convention web site. We cannot guarantee every handout will be available before the convention.

Once at the Convention, what do I do?
Go straight to Onsite Registration to sign-in and pick up your packet. Onsite registration is located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center. (Take the 3rd Floor Marriott and cross the over pass to the 2nd Floor of the Convention Center. Registration is located in the Grand Hall).

Take a look at the schedule and see what changes may have been made to the schedule.

Why will US Lacrosse not refund my registration or special event tickets after a certain date?
US Lacrosse makes every effort to refund registration and special event tickets early in the registration process. Once US Lacrosse has made a guarantee that a certain number of people will attend the convention or a special event, US Lacrosse is financially liable for this number of people, and we are no longer able to issue a refund.

How can I provide feedback on the US Lacrosse National Convention?
You may complete the convention survey, which is available online for one to two months after the convention. Please feel free to e-mail the events department at events@uslacrosse.org with any feedback, questions or concerns.
