 US Lacrosse has announced a preliminary schedule for the 2007 National Convention, which returns to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in downtown Philadelphia from January 11-14. Over 5,000 lacrosse enthusiasts annually attend this event, which has become the largest educational opportunity for US Lacrosse member coaches, officials, players and administrators.
Friday, January 12
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Coaches Education Level I Clinic (optional; may be purchased with convention registration fee)
11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Registration
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Opening Session with the Keynote Speaker Jay Coakley
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.: Men’s, Women’s, Officials’ and Youth Sessions, including:
• 7:15 p.m. — Mike Pressler, Head Coach, Bryant University
• 8:15 p.m. — Dom Starsia, Head Coach, University of Virginia
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: Vendor Extravaganza
Saturday, January 13
8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Registration
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.: Men’s, Women’s, Officials’ and Youth Sessions
• 1:00 p.m. — John Danowski, Head Coach, Duke University
• 2:00 p.m. — Men’s College Recruiting Fairs
• All day — Live Field Demonstrations
• 7:30 p.m. — Lax Lounge (Event networking, relaxing, etc)
Sunday, January 14
 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Men’s, Women’s, Officials’ and Youth Sessions
