Vendor Village Schedule
Thursday, January 17 
Vendor Load-in: 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
* Loading on Thursday will require additional union wages, and will be the responsibility of each vendor.

Friday, January 18
Vendor Loan-in/Set-up: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Vendor Village open to convention attendees: 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.

5th Quarter in the Village: 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Complimentary food, drink specials and one-on-one networking.

Saturday, January 19
Vendor Village open to convention attendees: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Vendor Village Open House: 12 noon - 4 p.m. (open to public - see below)
Vendor Village Breakdown: 5 p.m.
Vendor Load-out: 7 p.m. (no exceptions!)

Vendor Village Open House
While all convention attendees must register to participate in the educational sessions and live field demonstrations, non-registered lacrosse fans will have a special opportunity to view the largest vendor hall in the country at the first-ever Vendor Village Open House on Saturday, January 19 between 12 noon and 4 p.m. The cost to attend this open house is $5 per person, which will be collected on-site. Over 140 vendors will be displaying the latest lacrosse equipment, clothing, technology and more. Registered convention attendees may continue to access the Vendor Village during this time as well as throughout the convention weekend.
