Age Definition
Players may not be 13 years of age before December 31, 2003 to be eligible for the 2004 US Lacrosse U-13 Youth Festival. Accordingly, players that turn 13 after December 31, 2003 are eligible. Regardless of age, no player who has competed at the High School level is eligible to participate in the 2004 U-13 Youth Festival.
