Team Registration - New Process for 2009!  There are a few changes regarding the registration process and timeline this year, so please read the following information carefully.
Team Registration Fee: $1,200.00 registration fee per team Teams have the option of paying a $300 deposit at time of registration with the remainder due before May 1, 2009.
Cancellation policy: If the full $1,200 is paid at the time of registration, 75% is refundable until May 1, 2009. If $300 is paid at time of registration, the initial $300 deposit is non-refundable.

Team Forms All Primary Team Contacts must complete a Team Commitment Form before players, coaches and chaperones can complete required forms. Once the Team Commitment form is complete, players, coaches and chaperones will be able to select the appropriate team and complete their forms.

Note: All players and coaches must be current US Lacrosse members in order to complete the required forms. Please make sure you select the correct event and division (boys/girls) before completing the correct form.
U-13 Participant Information and Age Definition All current US Lacrosse members who meet the age requirements and have never played in high school play are encouraged to contact their local chapter regarding the U-13 National Youth Festival.
Players may not be 13 years of age on or before December 31, 2008 to be eligible for the 2009 US Lacrosse U-13 National Youth Festival. Accordingly, players that turn 13 after December 31, 2008 are eligible. Regardless of age, no player who has competed at the high school level is eligible to participate in the U-13 National Youth Festival. 9th GRADERS are not allowed to participate no matter what the situation.
Reminder: A player may only participate ONCE at this age level.

Team Deadlines May 1 • If paid only $300 deposit, then the remaining $900 is due and is non-refundable May 15 • Rosters due May 20 • Travel Form completed by team coordinator in Youth Leagues database May 31 • Medical waivers are due online from parents May 31 • Housing payment due (mail checks to US Lacrosse or call for credit card payment)
Sportsmanship Card: The US Lacrosse Youth Council and the men’s and women’s division officials’ councils (MDOC/WDOC) have taken pro-active steps to help insure a positive culture for the sport at the youth lacrosse level. The Sideline Manager and Sportsmanship Card concepts have been designed to be preventative tools at youth games. Sideline Managers help to maintain a positive environment and issue the Sportsmanship Card as a warning to an individual coach, athlete, fan or group of fans. Click here for more information.
