Team Participation Fees In addition to the non-refundable $300 application fee, each participating team will be required to pay a $1,200 games management fee, to be submitted to US Lacrosse with their completed Participant Information Packets by May 15, 2006. The Participant Information Packets will be distributed to all US Lacrosse Chapter Youth Festival Coordinators and/or Chapter Presidents by April 10, 2006.
Housing/Meal package - $145 per person US Lacrosse strongly recommends that all teams stay on campus; it is within the spirit of the festival to do so and is the most economic option (boys and girls teams will be housed in separate dorm buildings). The housing and meal package includes a two-night stay (Friday and Saturday) and six meals (dinner Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday; and breakfast and lunch on Sunday).
Campus Housing Amenities A typical residence hall room is arranged for double occupancy providing each resident with a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair. Every room is equipped with a smoke detector. Residence halls are not air-conditioned. Public bathrooms are centrally located on each floor and rest rooms and public areas are cleaned daily, Monday through Friday. Coin-operated laundry is located in the same or an adjacent building. Linen service is provided and includes 2 sheets, pillow with case, blanket, 2 towels, a bar of soap, and a plastic cup.
