US Lacrosse will host this year's U-15 Youth Festival, June 23-25, 2006 at the Walt Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex near Orlando, Fla. Invitations were mailed to the Youth Festival Coordinator designated by each US Lacrosse Chapter President. If the chapter president did not specify a Youth Festival Coordinator, the invitation was mailed to the current US Lacrosse Chapter President. Chapters must be in compliance with US Lacrosse to participate in the Youth Festival.

Each team will be permitted to have up to 24 players. Teams MUST have four chaperones. Coaches can fill this role, but please note that coach/chaperones must clearly understand their role prior to the event.

Teams will be accepted on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.

Completed applications and checks are date stamped upon receipt in the US Lacrosse office.

US Lacrosse will send a confirmation email that your application has been received.

The application and payment cannot be faxed or sent by email, it must be delivered. (US Lacrosse recommends using a trackable mail service.)

Teams applying after the deadline may not be accepted.

APPLICATION DEADLINE Completed applications will be accepted until April 1, 2006. Each chapter team application must be accompanied by a $300 non-refundable application fee made payable to US Lacrosse.

Team Notification US Lacrosse will mail official notification about your team(s) status by April 10, 2006. This notification will include the Participant Information Packet which each participant (player/chaperone/coach) must complete and submit to US Lacrosse by May 26, 2006.
