US Lacrosse has contracted with Groople Travel to provide Housing Services for WDNT accommodations. Groople is the leading online group travel agency specializing in team travel and has negotiated the best rates at great hotels close to the games. It is our hope to provide you with advance booking options that are fast and easy. Deadline for reservations at the US Lacrosse discount price is May 9, 2008.

The Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor at Camden Yards is the host hotel for the US Lacrosse Women's Division National Tournament. This hotel offers a convenient and central location in the heart of downtown Baltimore and the Inner Harbor with FREE PARKING. Located on the west side of the Inner Harbor, this contemporary Baltimore hotel provides easy access to all major highways as well as to BWI Airport.
This hotel is also offering complimentary parking for the US Lacrosse Women’s teams.

You will not be responsible for paying for the rooms – rather, you’ll be able to send an e-mail invitation to those people who you determine will be going and invite them to pay individually. FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON BOOKING
1. Click on http://www.groople.com/uslacrosse/hotels/Default.aspx
2. Choose the number of rooms you need
3. Choose the hotel you would like from the four hotels listed. Please note that the Marriott is the Official Host Hotel
4. Click "reserve"
5. If you’re reserving for a large group and would like them to pay individually, please select "Invite Travelers to the site to pay for their own rooms"
6. Enter billing information. A credit card is required just to reserve the rooms. Individual travelers will pay for rooms separately.
7. Click "submit reservation"
8. Enter the e-mail addresses of those that you would like to invite to pay.
If you do not know those names and would like to wait until your team has been named, simply save your confirmation e-mail and when you know who the players are, click on the "my reservations" link in the e-mail.
9. This will take you to a screen where you will click "send e-mail reminders to my group"
10. You can then enter the e-mail addresses of your players and they can pay individually.
