Senior Only Division
This division features only high school seniors who are graduating in the spring of 2008. Players are placed on teams by a committee of the women's division coach's council. Teams compete in two pools with round robin and cross over play. At the conclusion, a champion is crowned.
All Senior Only Division games will be played at St. Paul's School, May 24-25
- Who: All high school seniors who are graduating in the spring of 2008.
- Tryouts: There are NO tryouts for this Division. Sign up is on a first come, fiirst served basis.
- Registration Process: You must register as an individual. After registering, you will be placed on a team once US Lacrosse receives your no-show fee.
- Cost: The cost to participate in the Senior Only Division is $75 per player. You will pay this fee when you register online. Each player will receive a sleeveless, numbered jersey.
In addition, a refundable $75 no-show fee check is required to be sent to US Lacrosse to ensure your spot. Once you arrive on-site, your check will be torn up. US Lacrosse will only deposit no-show checks for players that do not appear.
Fees and completed registration are due to US Lacrosse by May 5, 2008.
- No Shows and Early Departures:
If you sign up for this event and do not show up or leave early without submitting a proper medical waiver, you will not be refunded the registration fee of $75 and you will be charged the additional NO SHOW fee of $75. Also, All-American and Academic All-American awards will be compromised should you not show up without submitting a proper medical waiver.
- Tournament Check-in:
All Senior Only Division players must check in individually to receive admission bands and team details. Check-in will be held at two locations from 4:30-9:00 pm on Friday, May 23 - Towson University and St. Paul's School for Girls.
Note: Towson University is hosting the Women's NCAA National Semifinals on Friday evening and you MUST pay to park. This fee will not be waived.
- Where
Games will be played at St. Paul's School for Girls. The Senior Only All-Star Game will be played at McDonogh School on Saturday.
- Schedule of Play
Two (2) pools of four teams each will be established, with crossover play based on placement following round robin play.
Participants will be divided into eight (8) teams of 20 players each.
A minimum of two games will be played on Saturday and two games on Sunday. Each team will play 4 or 5 games.
The schedule will be posted online by May 12.
