John Galloway is one of the most well-liked figures in lacrosse. He’s earned the trust and respect of his peers through his commitment to hard work, love of leadership and a passion for lacrosse unrivaled in the sport.

From the fields of West Genesee, N.Y., to Syracuse and into the professional lacrosse ranks, Galloway established himself as one of the hardest workers in the game and one of the most inspiring speakers in his locker room. He also built one of the tightest friendships in the sport with fellow Orange great Joel White, which still exists to this day.

Now the head coach of a blossoming Jacksonville men’s lacrosse program, Galloway reflected on his playing career and what most excites him as one of the youngest coaches in Division I lacrosse. He joined Paul Carcaterra for Season 5, Episode 3 of "Overtime," which dropped on Tuesday.
