The mission of the Scholastic Officials Committee is to recruit, continually train, and help retain lacrosse officials whose focus is the game of lacrosse at the high school level. The SOC will work within the MDOC framework to participate in the development of playing rules and mechanics, assist with the creation of new training opportunities, and attempt to increase the number of officials who stay in the game. The SOC supports the mission of US Lacrosse in providing people the opportunity to discover, learn, participate and enjoy the sport of lacrosse.
