Susanne M. Schooley began her lacrosse career at Glassboro (Rowan) College as a cover point from 1964-68. She played club lacrosse from 1968-78 for North Jersey, West Jersey and Central District, and participated in national tournament play from 1965-78.

Schooley has been the head coach at Cherry Hill High School East since 1971, and was the national squad coach for the USWLA from 1980-1987. She was a national level umpire from 1962-82.
