Sears, a dominant goalie for two national championship teams, is being inducted as a truly great player. Sears was a three-time All-American at North Carolina, earning the C. Tom Haus was a three-time first-team All-American and the only three-time recipient of the USILA's Schmeisser Award as the nation?s outstanding defenseman. Haus was the USILA's Enners Award as the nation's outstanding player in 1986 when he helped North Carolina to the NCAA championship.
